Omron Evolv is handy for keeping track of your blood pressure and is helpful for:

Preparation for measuring Blood Pressure

1. Apply the arm cuff to your left upper arm (1.5″ Above the elbow)
2. Securely Close with the fabric fastener
3. Be relaxed and comfortably seated at comfortable room pressure.
   • Sit in a chair with your legs uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor
   • Sit upright with your back straight
   • Sit with your back and arm being supported
   • The arm cuff should be placed on your arm at the same level as your heart.

Using it without a Smart Device

1. Press the START/STOP button
2. The arm cuff will inflate, and once inflation stops, readings will appear on the screen
3. Remove the arm cuff
4. Write down your SYS/DIA and pulse readings, along with the date and time of your measurement, on a piece of paper

Using with a Smart Device

1. Pairing your monitor with a smart device
   • Make sure the Bluetooth in your device is turned on
   • Download and install the free “Omron connect US/CAN” app on your device
   • Open the app on your smart device and follow the set-up and pairing instructions.
   • Confirm the monitor is connected successfully
2. Taking a Measurement
   • Press the START/STOP button
   • The arm cuff will inflate, and once inflation stops, readings will appear on the screen
   • Remove the arm cuff
   • Transfer your readings
   • After your readings have been transferred to the app, press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off.
